What is Satya coaching?

Satya coaching is a method developed by Natalie Ben David. The word Satya in Sanskrit means truth or full experience, and in Pali it means listening.

It is a process which begins by first getting in touch with what you want most in life, and continues  with weekly conversations exploring what you believe is holding you back, and developing access to new possibilities.

As a Satya coach I will listen to what you say, how you feel, what you believe and how you use language to express yourself. I will also ask questions to help understand you better.

What can I expect to get out of the process?

  • Progress in areas that felt stagnant.

  • Relief from stress and painful emotions.

  • Improved relationships and improved results from conversations and interactions.

Satya coaching works on three levels:

  1. It provides a safe space to release and process emotions, and teaches you ways to manage your emotions when outside the coaching room.

  2. It helps you get in touch with the beliefs and conditioning that contribute to making you feel stuck or unhappy.

  3. It enables you to recognize where your beliefs limit you, and gives you access to new possibilities and new ways of responding.

  4. It teaches you to communicate and use language in a way that encourages growth and closeness with others.

Satya coaching is well suited for you, if you:

  • Know what you “should” do to improve your situation, but are not able to get yourself moving.

  • You want to change your behavior, and no matter how much you feel you should, or how much you’ve tried, you keep going back to old patterns.

  • You are not looking for someone to tell you what to do. Instead you want someone to guide you gently back to your own intuitive knowledge of what’s good for you.

  • You’re prepared to be in a process that takes place over time, and leads to a permanent transformation.
